Today, financial planning and investment advice is what she does well. Carolyn also has extensive experience in residential, commercial and rural mortgage lending.

Some people can read a bit about it and strike it lucky without any further education, but it is a bit like expecting to be a great chef just because you have found a good cookbook. We all know there is more to great cuisine than just the recipe." Carolyn is also Chairman of the Ryder Cheshire Foundation (Canterbury) Inc. The foundation supports and fundraises for Raphael, a home for the physically and intellectually disabled, also people with leprosy, and the children of lepers. The village is located in the foothills of the Himalayas, Dehra Dun, India.
